Our company was founded in 1979 by Dr. Norman Smith, engineer, inventor, and avid pilot. He was always
trying to make life a little easier, and save money doing it, so he developed Aero-Trim to increase speed and save fuel. Aero-Trim
is currently the largest STC holder in the southern region of the United States. Norm Smith also wrote a column in the MAPA
Log for many years called "The Mooney Mieser" where he gave other plane owners tips on how to save money. Since
then, Aero-Trim's products have become a general aviation necessity and have helped pilots all over the world save money,
fuel, and fatigue. Aero-Trim has expanded to include distributors worldwide. In October of 2008, Dr. Norm passed away, leaving
his legacy and products to the aviation world.
